We had a terrific event on September 20th to support three US Congresswomen: Elaine Luria, Abigail Spanberger, and Jennifer Wexton. We used the second floor balcony at the Belmont Country Club. Senator Tim Kaine kicked off the event with the reasons why we need to elect these three women.
Representative Luria supports veterans, police for public safety, and the electoral count act to prevent another January 6 Attack. Representative Spanberger supports police funding, return of IRS funds and preventing another January 6 attack. Congresswoman Wexton serves on the powerful House Appropriations Committee, where she is responsible for securing funding for all of the government’s spending programs such as transportation and housing, foreign operations, and the legislative branch.
